A Complete 28,700 Sq Ft Renovation of Common Spaces, Including Custom Corridors, Restrooms, LED Lighting, HVAC Upgrades, and Advanced Tech Integration for Precision Project Tracking

Big Apple successfully remodeled 28,700 sq ft of common spaces at Plaza 3, working closely with JLL’s architect office to ensure a seamless transformation. The project involved a complete overhaul of the corridors, including new walls, wallpaper, carpet tiles, LED lighting, and customized glass elevator entrances with linear diffusers. We installed two 35-ton AC units, relocated existing sprinklers, and added new ones according to the blueprints. Additionally, we fully renovated the restrooms, delivering all finishes to meet the building’s high standards.

Preparation Phase

We began by collaborating closely with JLL’s architect office, conducting detailed planning, site inspections, and reviewing blueprints. This ensured that every aspect of the project, from corridor design to HVAC upgrades, was meticulously organized before construction began.

Technical Characteristics

The project encompassed the complete remodeling of 28,700 sq ft of common areas. This included constructing new walls, installing high-quality wallpaper, carpet tiles, and energy-efficient LED lighting, as well as customizing elevator entrances with glass finishes and linear diffusers. Additionally, we installed two 35-ton HVAC units, relocated existing sprinkler systems, and precisely adhered to blueprints to implement new sprinkler installations, ensuring compliance with all building specifications.
