Big Apple completed a full renovation of an apartment in the iconic 63 Greene Street building, located in the heart of Soho. In just two months, we transformed the space with a new living room, walls, kitchen, bedrooms, restrooms, walk-in closets, and ceilings. Special care was taken to retouch and preserve the historic columns, blending the building’s original charm with modern luxury.

Our team covered every detail, from construction, tiling, and painting to millwork, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installations. We also installed all furniture and conducted a deep final cleaning. Delivered on time in collaboration with the architect, this renovation turned an old apartment into a stunning, contemporary home.
