Conducted thorough inspections and detailed planning to ensure all aspects of the project were meticulously organized. This included reviewing blueprints, coordinating with the building’s existing systems, and preparing the site for the extensive work ahead.
Executed a full-scale demolition and reconstruction, creating new office spaces, a kitchen, storage areas, and an IT room. We redesigned the ductwork, installed new 14 VAVs, controllers, and linear diffusers, and seamlessly integrated them into the existing Siemens system, followed by precise air balancing.
Leveraged advanced construction technology, including AI-VR, to track the project at every stage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Futu team monitored the progress remotely, enabling them to make important decisions during the construction phase. This cutting-edge approach allowed us to stay on schedule and within budget, maintaining high standards throughout the project.
Completed the project with high-quality finishes, including full electrical installations, sprinkler head relocation, plumbing work, carpet tile installation, and new glass doors. The project was delivered on time, within the 4-month timeline, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
