We initiated the Zara Palisades project with careful planning and coordination, including two walk-throughs with the managers and detailed inspections following the blueprints before starting. All paperwork and permits were secured, and our team of 23 skilled workers was fully prepared to deliver a seamless renovation at Palisades Mall.
The project involved a comprehensive refresh of the Zara shop, including a full repaint of the interior, the construction of new offices and a kitchen, and the installation of essential systems such as sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
We utilized our cutting-edge technology to meticulously track every phase of the project, providing daily updates and detailed reports as requested by the client. This ensured transparency and allowed us to maintain the highest standards of quality throughout the renovation.
